I created Function and Flourish because I believe every family can thrive with the right support — support that honors your child’s unique brain, your family’s rhythms, and the reality of your day-to-day life. With nearly a decade of experience in early childhood education, child development, executive functioning, and home-based organizational systems — alongside my lived experience parenting in a neurodiverse family — I offer steady, practical guidance that works in real life.

I’ve seen how many professionals support children — evaluators, therapists, pediatricians, school teams — yet when it comes to what happens at home, parents are often left carrying the emotional weight of a diagnosis while navigating transitions, big feelings, sibling dynamics, burnout, and the ongoing need for steadier regulation and supportive systems. These everyday moments shape family life, and they’re often the least supported.

That’s where I come in. I bridge the gap between knowing what your child needs and creating a home that truly supports it. Together, we build executive-function-friendly skills and systems — routines, organization, and strategies that reduce overwhelm and strengthen regulation, planning, task initiation, confidence, and follow-through. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on building systems that truly fit your family.

As a parent of neurodivergent children, I understand the overwhelm, the isolation, the chaos, and the fierce love woven into this journey. If you’re tired or carrying more than you can hold, you’re not failing — you’re human. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help your home feel lighter, more functional, and more connected.

I holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey and a Child Development and Early Childhood Education Certificate from Durham Technical Community College, and have completed ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) Certification, Executive Function Mastery Course, Autism Spectrum Disorder Informed (ASDI) Educator Certification, and Neurodiversity Specialist Training.
