Welcome! We’re so glad you are here!

At Function and Flourish, we believe every family has the potential to thrive with the right support. With decades of combined experience in child development, executive functioning, psychology, education, and organizational systems—alongside our own lived experience as parents to both neurodivergent and neurotypical children—we bring more than just professional expertise. Using a collective thought model and collaborative approach, we co-create a personalized coaching experience that supports your whole family.
Over the years, we’ve noticed a clear pattern: while there’s a wide range of professionals- evaluators, therapists, pediatricians, and school teams- to address symptoms and educational needs, there’s very little support for what happens at home. Parents are often left to carry the emotional weight of a diagnosis, juggle complex needs, and figure out how to support their child without a roadmap.
That’s where we come in. Our mission is to fill that gap by offering practical tools, compassionate guidance, and space to breathe. We help families build systems that meet their child’s needs without sacrificing their own well-being, relationships, or needs of other children.
You don’t have to do this alone. We are here to walk beside you with empathy, experience, and a deep belief that your family deserves to flourish.
